Yoga Classes in Campbeltown

Taster Class & 6-Week Block (Starting 20th/21st February)

I’m really excited to be offering yoga classes in Campbeltown again! To kick things off, I’ll be running taster classes on Thursday 20th & Friday 21st February, giving you the chance to try a session and see what feels right for you.

My plan is to run a 6-week block from 27th/28th February – 3rd/4th April, but this will depend on having enough interest in each class to cover hall hire. If you’re keen to come along, I’d love to hear from you!

Example Class

Thursday’s 6:00 – 6:45pm Gentle Flow

A comforting, feel-good class featuring yoga’s classic movements like Child’s Pose and Cat-Cow. Perfect for releasing tension, increasing mobility, and feeling at home in your body. Suitable for all levels and enjoyable for everyone!

Thursday’s 7:00 – 8:15pm Introduction to Ashtanga

A structured introduction to the Ashtanga Primary Series, exploring its traditional sequence in a way that’s accessible and adaptable for everyone. Ashtanga is a dynamic practice, so expect to move, but don’t be intimidated—this class is all about adapting the practice to suit your body and needs, helping you build a personalised practice that can support you for life.

💡 Want more? If you’d like to stay on after Gentle Flow and continue into the Ashtanga session, you’re very welcome to!

Friday’s 7:00 – 8:15am Sunrise Ashtanga – Moving Towards Mysore

A breath-led, energising morning practice based on the Ashtanga Primary Series. This class helps you build a personal practice that you can, in time, commit to memory.

Traditional Mysore-style Ashtanga classes are self-led, with individual adjustments and guidance from the teacher. This creates a beautiful balance of quiet, meditative focus with the energy of a shared practice in a supportive community.

💡 No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and explore your practice in a friendly space!
