6:00 – 6:55pm | Gentle Flow
A feel-good class to help you release tension, move with ease, and feel more at home in your body. Expect slow, mindful movements, classic postures like Cat-Cow and gentle twists, and a relaxed vibe.
→ Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

7:00 – 8:15pm | Introduction to Ashtanga
A guided exploration of the Ashtanga Primary Series, tailored to your body and experience. This is a more dynamic, breath-led practice that builds strength, focus, and a deeper mind-body connection.
→ Accessible, adaptable, and energising.

You’re welcome to attend one or both classes—there’s a short break in between.

Summer Reset Workshop

Saturday 21st June | 11:00am – 2:00pm
Kirk Street Hall, Campbeltown

A nourishing, end-of-block Saturday session to help you relax and reset as we move into summer. Expect a calming blend of breathwork and movement, with time to share lunch afterwards.

What’s Included:

  • Resonance Breathing Practice
    A simple, powerful breath technique rooted in yogic pranayama and supported by modern research on nervous system regulation. Based on Eddie Stern’s work, this practice helps reduce stress and bring balance.

  • Gentle Yoga Flow
    A slow, grounding class to support the breathwork and leave you feeling refreshed.

  • Community Lunch
    Bring a packed lunch and stay to eat together inside or outside, weather depending.
